POWERGIRL!
I owe a few sketches to people and this was one I finally got done. It's Powergirl (apparently, since I don't know who she is and have never drawn her until now) for a friend of mine. He's got some great sketches in his sketchbook (It's an all Powergirl Sketchbook that he takes around to Cons and asks artists to give their rendition of her) by artists like Art Adams and Kevin Nowlan. So it put a little bit of pressure on me to come up with something decent-- hopefully this passes.
Anyhow, as I was sketching her I realized how far away I'd gotten from Super Hero comics type poeple-- big breasts, arching back, etc. I've been doing only Star Wars Stuff for the last 2 1/2 years or so and that type of drawing requires a more "realistic" feel to it. Anyway, this took me a good 10-15 minutes of struggling and erasing before I got the rough down. Then another 15-20 just to draw her! Oh well, I thought I could get away with a quick sketch but in the end I had fun.

Brian,
Holy Cow! The "sketch" is awesome! The face is uber-beautiful . . . really great to see you doing some superhero work.
God Bless.
Very nice. Honestly, I would have never known you havent drawn in that "comic book" style for such a long time. Looks good.
